These terms govern the business relationship between Driving School OnRoad (Samuel Kobler) and his students.​
By registering for driving lessons, participants accept these conditions.

2️⃣ Registration & Payment​

✅ Registration can be done online, by phone, or in writing.​
✅ Payment can be made before or after the first lesson.​
✅ Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, TWINT, or Revolut.

3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy​

🚗 Driving Lessons​

✅ 50% of the total cost is charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson (Sundays not included).​

🔄 Rescheduling​

✅ If a participant cannot attend due to illness or accident (with proof), rescheduling is possible free of charge.​

💰 Money-Back Guarantee​

✅ If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 3 working days.​
✅ Applies to one driving lesson.​
✅ Please let me know during the lesson so I can adapt or improve immediately.​

 

4️⃣ Weather & Safety​

❄️ In case of heavy rain, hail, or icy conditions, driving lessons may be rescheduled for safety reasons.​
📅 A new date will be offered promptly.​

5️⃣ Liability & Insurance​

✅ All vehicles are fully insured during my driving lessons — and I do not charge any extra costs for insurance.​
💸 If a participant damages the training vehicle during the driving exam, they may need to cover part of the costs. (Never happened so far!)​

6️⃣ Data Protection & Media Use​

🔒 Personal data will be used exclusively by Driving School OnRoad to manage administrative tasks and will never be shared with third parties.​
📸 Photos or videos taken during lessons may be used for training or promotional purposes only with the participant’s consent (opt-out anytime).​

7️⃣ Special Offers & Discounts​

💰 Prepayment discounts are available only when the full amount is paid in advance.​
🚗 Rental car surcharge: +1 CHF per kilometer if a student rents a vehicle for practice.​
📜 Lesson validity: Purchased lessons do not expire and can be used later.​
